Who said salad?
There is no science, simply get all the veggies and salad components you are craving and chopped, chopped, chopped! Then arrange lovely and enjoy! Why pay for a salad at a restaurant when you can make your own, exactly how you like it?
I start with a bed of washed and salted lettuce. Then I start adding chopped baby portobello mushrooms, cubed ham, boiled egg, chopped cucumber, tomato, carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and I like oil and vinegar as my salad dressing.
